Terms and Conditions

*The mat classes are scheduled on a weekly basis and must be booked via the online booking system TEAM UP, setting up a monthly direct debit/ bank transfer/cash payment as per the membership you choose. Please note that payment for classes and privates are non-refundable. Space will be confirmed once payment is set up.

*Spaces cant be guaranteed for DROP INS. Preference will be given to monthly paying clients.

*Classes are run along with the school term . This encourages regular attendance to enable you to obtain the benefits from Pilates that come from regular practice. It also helps everyone in the class if we can keep progressing and not have to repeat things that may have been missed.

*Classes and private sessions are subject to a 24-hour cancellation Policy. Cancellations of less than 24 hours are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

*Clients should complete and return a Client Enrollment Form with as much medical history as possible prior to the course/session starting. You must also inform me of any change of personal details e.g. contact details. This information will be held in strict confidentiality.

*A place on a class cannot be confirmed unless a health form has been completed and returned and payment has been processed. Priority booking is given to current clients and thereafter those on the waiting list.

*All Classes – Cancellations or no shows will not receive a refund. I cannot offer refunds for any unattended classes from the past or future. You can make up sessions in the coming weeks subject to availability.

*Of course I understand it is not always possible to attend class due to illness, or maybe work or family issues, but I hope by offering the transfer in to my other classes this will ease any concerns you have about missing classes. I offer a make-up system, which allows an opportunity to reschedule if you know in advance you will miss your regular class. In order to qualify for a make-up you must inform me at least 24 hours in advance of the class you are unable to attend. This can be done by telephone, text or email.

*Any missed class can be made up on any other day within THE SAME TERM or maximum carried over to ONE TERM ONLY. I am unable to extend it beyond that time frame.

*You can carry over the missed classes to the next term as long as you are willing to continue with the monthly direct debit. I am unable honor the agreement if that is terminated. You will need to make up the missed sessions before the payments stop else you LOSE THEM.

*Make up classes are offered strictly on an “as available” basis, so the earlier I am informed, the better chance you have of receiving your first choice make up class.

*If you ask to or book a place in another class as a “catch up” class and do not attend, you will lose that session.

*I recognize that there will be times that due to unexpected illness or events beyond your control that it will not be possible to give 24 hours’ notice of absence. On this occasion special provisions will be made.

*Prices are subject to change at any time by me before I accept your booking.

*Liability Statement: It is your sole responsibility to check with your doctor or medical practitioner about your suitability for my classes and to obtain his/her written consent where necessary.
